SELLER AND CONSUMER AGREE that purchases made will be regulated exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website, binding the CONSUMER to these, by clicking on the Button “I accept the general terms and conditions of sale”
For the purposes of applying Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, CONSUMER is a natural person who acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal or professional activity.
TRADE POLICY
The SELLER has products for sale on its website www.mhodzi.com, reserving the right not to process orders that do not comply with its general sales conditions published at the time.
When using the website, ordering or purchasing products, the CONSUMER guarantees that they have the necessary legal capacity, expressly binding themselves to the legal transaction or contract they have entered into.
The CONSUMER declares that the personal information provided at the time of registering or submitting the order or making the purchase is his or hers and is complete, namely name, address, NIF, email, telephone number and address for delivery of the goods.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE SELLER reserves the right, without prior notice, to add, modify or change these general online sales conditions, change the sales price, or modify or replace the available products, considering that the USER, when placing a new order or purchase, accepts and is expressly bound by the new general terms and conditions and sales prices.
PLACE THE ORDER AND DELIVERY
Choose the product or products you want to buy, mentioning the size and color. By pressing the “Add to Cart” you must enter the following data in the form:
- Name, address, NIF and contact telephone number and email
- Delivery address if it is not the same as the contact details.
- Shipping method.
- Payment method purchase made
Before pressing the “Complete purchase” button, you must accept the general purchase conditions. After acceptance, you must fill in the necessary data to finalize the order.
You should avoid mistakes by reviewing the purchase before finalizing. After completing the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation or invoice by email with details of the product purchased, quantity and price.
We suggest that you print and/or save the information.
By submitting the form you expressly accept the general purchase conditions.
If you have placed an order and paid and for any reason the product is no longer available or has been discontinued, the SELLER will refund the money paid for the unavailable items
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS IN STORAGE:
Stock is updated online, however it may happen that when you make your purchase, the product runs out of stock, meaning you will not be able to proceed with your purchase, so we will try to replace it as soon as possible. In this case, you can use the option of being notified of its future availability.

SELLER AND CONSUMER expressly agree that the SELLER retains ownership of the goods until full payment or resolution of judicial or extrajudicial dispute.
CONTRACTUAL OR EXTRACONTRACTUAL LIABILITY:
The SELLER does not assume any contractual or non-contractual liability for any errors or omissions in the website contents.

In the event that links to other websites of brands in our portfolio are made available for your information, we are not responsible for the contents of these websites or for any transactions carried out with other entities.
Any delays in processing or delivering the order do not give the CONSUMER the right to demand any compensation for contractual or extra-contractual breach or refund of the price
SALE PRICE OF ITEMS:
The prices indicated include VAT at the legal rate in force, without prejudice to the fact that, when applicable, the cost of delivery or shipping of the product will be added, which will be included in a separate item to the price of the product.
The sales price of items is defined by the SELLER and can be changed at any time, however possible price changes to items do not affect orders whose receipt has already been confirmed to the CONSUMER.
The prices indicated on the products are the sales prices. If there is an error when entering the price on the Website, the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the order containing the respective product, refunding the money.
Orders sent by the SELLER have an associated tracking code, sent to the customer by email as soon as the order is processed.
- SHIPPING EXPENSES.
The cost of shipping your order is not included in the price of the item, and is indicated at the end of the purchase and also taking into account the location where you live or intend to ship it, as well as the weight and size of the order and the transport company you have chosen..
12.1. In the case of imports, it is at the CONSUMER's own risk and expense.
DELAYS IN ORDERS DELIVERY AND PRODUCT COMPLAINTS
The SELLER is not responsible for any delays in delivery of the order for any reason, including errors in filling out forms, indicating the wrong address, failure to indicate a cell phone or contact number, reasons of force majeure, such as strikes, road accidents, breakdowns of carrier vehicles, natural phenomena, rain and other adversities.
Upon receipt of the order, the customer has the duty to check its status or condition, and must immediately report the non-conformity of the item to the carrier upon delivery and immediately contact the SELLER reporting the incident.
Any anomalies must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours, otherwise the carrier will consider the material to be in perfect condition and will not be held responsible for any damage caused by transport.
- PRODUCT RETURNS:
In the event that the customer wishes to cancel an order placed that has already left our warehouses or does not accept the order already sent, the SELLER may require payment of the shipping costs caused by its cancellation or return to our warehouses.
Only returns of products are accepted if they arrive properly packaged in the original box and without any signs of use, with all security seals intact and without signs of use of the accessory.
It is just cause for return if the product sent is exchanged by our warehouses (exchange of references or articles) or if it presents an original defect.
We will exchange it and the SELLER will be obliged to bear the costs of returning and resending the product.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL.
The CONSUMER may freely terminate the contract concluded and carried out on the SELLER'S WEBSITE, in accordance with article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, with the CONSUMER being responsible for the costs or postage of the return. To this end, the CONSUMER must return their order within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt, to the addressRua Comendador António Maria Santos da Cunha 436 – 4700- 026 Braga.
Before making any return, you must contact our Department. Customer Service via email at info@mhodzi.com, with the order number as subject. We will email you the shipping note that must accompany the order.
If the return is due to the granted right of withdrawal no Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, and not due to a defect in the product, the customer must bear the costs of return shipping.
Note: In any case, the returned product must arrive without signs of use or damage and in its original packaging. Otherwise we will not be able to accept the withdrawal.
GUARANTEE
The warranty period for products is three years for manufacturing defects.
CONSUMER LITIGATION
Any conflict or divergence must be submitted to the Competent Portuguese Court.
